This year has triggered a lot of change for all of us. So many of us are navigating dark, lonely waters, made to face all the things we’ve put to the side, many without any validation or Gold Stars! But I’m here to tell you I’m proud of you! I’m proud of you for just for getting up and being you. Gold Star for you! Filling yourself up is a practice, and is especially hard if you have depended on sales, coworker or partner support, or ego to validate you. Just remember it was always inside of you.
